Hello! I'm a versatile musician with a wide variety of skills and experience! I'm a classically trained violinist and singer with a background in musical theater. For the past 10 years I've been performing all over the US, Canada and the UK in a variety of facets. To make the lesson more engaging, I am flexible in regard to choosing music pieces that a student may want to learn or not. I usually ask a student if they have a piece they would like to learn. After that I moved to Los Angeles and taught for 14 years in that capacity with the South Whittier Schools. Once the students made progression in basic fundamentals, I use the Suzuki Methods Books and Solo for Young Violinists by Barbara Barber. Along with that, I introduce the students to the chamber music so that the students learn to play with others.
