Some of the events we hosted were as follows: a Latin Dance Night where I taught salsa, Bachata, and Merengue dance to 30 students, an African American culture/history recital, and a world music expo including distinguished musicians teaching Taiko drumming, Balkin music, Global flutes, and West African drumming and dance. I began my musical journey since before grade school, learning piano and other percussive instruments. I immediately took a strong liking towards music and followed it through all my years in school, learning brass instruments and refining my practices along the way. in 2018, I graduated from Berklee College of Music with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Performance.
