There is a goal per lesson which should be aproached easily to practice. I am a Chicago-based freelance Trombonist who recently graduated from DePaul University in 2021. Since I began my college career in Chicago, my professional music career started up simultaneously. Since 2017, I've played in a wide variety of ensembles around town. These ensembles / genres include: Wedding Bands, Jazz, Big Band, Classical, Funk, Hip-Hop, Afrobeat, Salsa, Rap, House, Fusion and more. While a music student at the University of Iowa, I performed with all three concert bands and two jazz bands as well as playing in orchestral and chamber settings. After graduating from Iowa with a degree in music performance and education, I performed with the Idaho Falls Symphony Orchestra as well as a ska/rock band. After a few years my family and I moved to the greater Cincinnati area where I currently teach as a high school choral and drama teacher while serving as the theatre manager as well.
