MY TEACHING EXPERIENCE DATES BACK TO THE YEAR OF 1991. I STARTED WORKING WITH STUDENTS IN HIGH SCHOOL, TEACHING THEM HOW TO BECOME A BETTER STUDENT OF MUSIC. IN THE LAST 22 YEARS I HAVE HAD STUDENTS TO MAKE ALL-AREA BANDS AND ORCHESTRAS IN THE STATE OF TEXAS. IN THE PRESENT TIME I ENCOURAGE STUDENTS TO PRACTICE 15 MINUTES A DAY INSTEAD OF THE LONG-GATED 1 HOUR PRACTICE. Afterwards, I continued my journey at the collegiate level, beginning to offer private lessons of my own and further honing my skills with various teachers of mine.
