My teaching style is very unique in that its based off improvisation and ear training with music theory lessons. Having just one of the three is a great skill, but developing an ability to read, play and improvise music is what, in my opinion, makes a great musician. I have been playing Flute for almost 40 years, Bassoon and Saxophone for 35.  I have at one time or another played with some of the world's best ensembles (i.e. The Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra) and in some of the very best venues in with world (i.e. Royal Albert Hall in London).  My training was entirely in classical music, in the last 7 or 8 years, I have branched out into Rock and Roll, Blues and Latin Jazz.
