I have been proudly teaching general and instrumental music in the Cleveland Public Schools for the last twenty-three years. Depending on the instrument, I will bring in another method book specific to that instrument book and we will also use some sort of etude book. I use Jamey Aebersold's books as a foundation for jazz and popular music when students are ready. After that, I like giving my students individual work that is tailored to their needs like solos, jazz tunes, and more. In 2011, I graduated from Baldwin Wallace University with a Bachelor of Music degree in Clarinet Performance and just this past May I graduated from Carnegie Mellon University with a Masters degree in Music.
