I am currently attending the Hartt School at University of Hartford pursuing my masters in piano pedagogy. I have been teaching piano for the past three years and absolutely love working with students of all ages and levels. I have had the opportunity to perform multiple times with the University of Central Florida orchestra, as well as in solo, chamber and New Music Ensemble settings. For beginning students, I tend to use the Faber Primer level course which includes a lesson book, theory book, performance book, and technique book. This set, along with supplemental material will provide your student with the backbone in music education they need to perform well in any direction they wish to take their private piano studies. For older beginning students, I enjoy using the Alfred adult piano series.
