Lowell Liebermann. I was chosen as the primary film composer for the student thesis films and graduated in May of 2018. I was selected to compose a piece for the 7:1 dance collaboration project run by the Rovaco Dance Company. Upon reviewing the May 2017 premiere of my piece, Courtney Escoyne wrote in The Stewardship Report that the work was most affecting and at its most cohesive. I have been teaching for seven and half years. I have taught ages five years old to seventy years old. I am patient, kind, and and very encouraging teacher. I am an excellent musician as well. All of my students improve vastly and enjoy their lessons, which are fun and focused. I assign them pieces they want to learn whether it be classical, blues, pop, or jazz. Nothing is more rewarding to see students highly motivated playing piano on their own after receiving the first lesson. All of my students are excited after taking piano lessons every week. My goal for teaching is students are able to practice all the songs they have learned during the lesson time, master them before next lesson begins.
