I believe in individualized learning. So each student will receive their own plan for their progression. Some materials I recommend for students are the rubank book for beginner. It is very important for students to grasp the fundamentals. For intermediate students, we would progress on a track and focus on what they had for goals. I encourage those ideas in lessons, and I focus on teaching students to play with musicality. For each individual student, I set reasonable goals for them at the end of each lesson.
