For beginner students, I start with the fundamentals of music and we work our way up to integrating repertoire that they will eventually be able to perform in recitals and shows! I am a very flexible teacher and I understand firsthand that to remain interested in learning music, a student needs to feel included in the choices regarding what they are working on. As of now, I have a business degree with an emphasis on entertainment and hospitality and have been playing guitar professionally for 15 years and bass guitar for 12 years. Some of the things I do professionally range from studio production/recording sessions to live performances (either with my own band or other peoples' groups or bands) and touring.
