I've had the pleasure of working with a diverse age group from Pre-k to Seniors, and from Beginners to Advanced. However, I typically use Faber's Piano Adventures for kids and Alfred's Adult All in One lesson books for adults. I also teach theory with scales and technique with Fingerpower, Czerny, and Hanon. It is important that each student progress at his or her own pace. I encourage this by setting realistic goals at each lesson.
