I have a Master's Degree in Musicology from the University of Louisville and a Bachelor's Degree in Jazz Studies from Furman University. I have 30 years of music experience. In my life, I have studied with some extremely accomplished musicians, including Ian Bracchitta, Matt Olson, Steve Watson and Craig Wagner. Coming up will be my 6th year in teaching piano. I've also tutored my peers all throughout college in music theory, musicianship, and ear/aural training. I've interned at an elementary school for a semester teaching general music.
