I have been teaching from October 2016 to the present. Coming into college as a Music Performance major, I never imagined the amount of joy that would come along with teaching. I knew I wanted to be a music teacher as early as elementary school. I began my teaching experience as a Kindermusik educator; teaching music and movement to children birth -7 years old. I did this for 10 years before moving on to class room music, where I taught basic music theory at the young elementary level. During this time I began teaching private voice lessons in my home.
