Ive been lucky enough to perform worldwide in prestigious venues such as Carnegie Hall and Sydney Opera House, recording classical music albums as well as film music and pop songs. I received my education in various institutions (University of Southern California, Boston Conservatory at Berklee, Escuela Superior de Musica Reina Sofia in Madrid, Spain, Fryderyk Chopin University of Music in Warsaw, Poland) which helped me to develop my own teaching methods based on the unique blend between European and American music schools. I teach from a feel and improvisation stand point. I do start with basic rhythm studies but I love to allow for my students to explore the kit and their own comfort levels. It creates what I feel to be a sense of intimacy between them and the instrument.
