Not only do I teach at the student's pace, I have each student construct their own goal calendar to keep in my records as well as the student's home. If a student does not feel successful, then they are more likely to not practice as much or quit all together. I want my students to feel excited about music and want to practice. Playing the piano has been one the most fulfilling accomplishments of my life. I've had the opportunity to work with song writers and compose music for them and accompany singers during their performances. My student from this program won $1000 scholarship to attend her dream University in Florida. I believe that all education starts with relationships.
