Over the past ten years, I have enjoyed working with hundreds of music students. In each private lesson, my goal is not simply to teach, but to make the entire experience enjoyable. With this in mind, I select works that will both challenge and inspire my students. I also incorporate theory review games and incentives to help motivate children and keep them excited about music. As a music instructor, my desire is to make a positive difference in the lives of my students by imparting to them a love for music and a love for learning that will last a lifetime. Read More

I am very passionate about music. At a young age I started playing the drums and picked up guitar, bass and some keyboard along the way. I attended Full Sail University for several years to studio Music Production, Audio engineering and Recording engineering. After that I attended the Recording Connection to study Audio Engineering and intern at a local recording studio. Read More

I believe the cornerstone of any good music education is finding your passion for music and seeking out the best way to pursue it. With younger students, I'll guide them more in their pursuits by introducing them to more standard repertoire within the saxophone standards before branching out into more specific studies as I would for older students. Either way, all students will be taught a firm foundation in basic theory, such as identifying key signatures and a firm understanding of their scales. Read More
Instruments: Cello
I don't use one single method in my teaching. I firmly believe that strictly adhering to a single stylistic method produces strictly one-dimensional students. I encourage all my beginners to use Suzuki, especially in the development of their musical ear. I like to add solo and ensemble repertoire based on the student's unique musical personality, and because every body is different, I tailor all technical work to fit the student's specific physical needs, challenges, and strengths. Instruments: Piano Voice
A few of my students are winners of regional vocal competitions - first places, some of them had a vocal recitals at concert halls during their studying years. Now I have good time of work with NETkins Alpha Choir and with Youth Choir at Trinity United Methodist Church. With our NETkids Alpha and Omega Choirs we are doing many concert programs and once per year we are doing Church Musical with different songs, characters and costumes. Read More

My methods depend on and are catered to the skill level and age of the student. Overall, I focus on methodologies that combine technique building, musicality, and ear training. For novice students, I utilize Suzuki methodology as well as Essential Elements for very young students. I strive to incorporate student preferred music into lessons, as I believe that this encourages a love for the instrument, as well as learning music as a whole. Read More
Instruments: Piano Saxophone
For beginning students, we usually focus on the "Essential Elements" workbooks; however, I may need need to make alterations depending on the needs of the student. The goal is for the student to learn while simultaneously showing interest and curiosity for the future. For more advanced students, it is important for us to address areas in our playing that could use more attention - we focus on these areas in conjunction with further improvement in other aspects.
