I have been teaching guitar since 2015. I taught guitar lessons at the Family Melody Center in Patchogue, NY for 5 years. From there I went on to teach privately in my own home studio. I tend to use the Suzuki Method for my students. I find that it helps create a solid foundation for the student and includes repertoire that is familiar to many. In addition to the Suzuki Method, I like to use etude books, duet books, and sight-reading books for those who are learning how to read music. I have been teaching for more than 25 years and I have instructed students of many different ages and ability levels. My experience with music is now at 30+ years. I have worked as a private music tutor and have played with many local bands/musicians during that time.
