Admittedly, I wasn't entirely sure how to take on such a job, but soon discovered that it was something that came naturally to me, and something I enjoyed doing. I have performed with orchestral, Church, Jazz, Band and Chamber Music ensembles in Cleveland Ohio and Detroit,MI. I studied at the Cleveland Institute of Music with Linda Muhlert(Frumker). I also had some lessons with Myron Bloom of the Cleveland Orchestra. In the Southfield Symphony Orchestra, I performed next to Bryan Kennedy of the Detroit Symphony Orchestra as 2nd horn on the Maurice Ravel Mother Goose Suite. I believe to really see any results with your instrument is going to require a solid dedication to practicing. Especially for beginners. The summer prior to my freshman year in high school I thought myself how to play the saxophone and participated in the band camp at Cass Tech High School in Detroit, Michigan. I love to watch students grow through music! I love sharing my joy of song through teaching voice. In 2009 I graduated from Central Michigan University with a Bachelor's Degree in Vocal Music. Through my college experience, I have had the opportunity to sing all over the world. I have continued to perform in the Detroit area and recently moved near Ann Arbor, where I hope to continue sharing my love for music! Read More
