Besides teaching and performing in orchestra I am also very active as a recitalist and chamber musician. Encouraging regular practice is important to produce consistent results. Its name is "El Sistema" and it is a nonprofit organization funded by the Venezuelan government. It has more than 300,000 students and it keeps on growing up despite the crisis in Venezuela.
