Then, we go through each assignment that was chosen for a particular skill development and look for where there is opportunity for celebration of progress/success. I was mentored by a great teacher, Grisha Krivchenia and learned how to be a compassionate teacher. I helped teach composition, music theory, small groups, bass and guitar.
