I began my music studies at Philadelphia's Clef Club of Jazz and Performing Arts where I learned about Jazz theory and performance. As the students develop I begin to add supplimentary materials such as etude and scale books. Students can progress from open strings to Bach with ease. As skill level grows, I try to encourage students to form their own chord progressions as well as using songs that I choose or a song the students chooses that will encourage them to play and learn more songs on their own.
