I have been a self-taught, hobby guitar player for over 20 years. I am heavily influenced by Rock, and Blues guitarists, but I am also a fan of Classical Flamenco guitar. Learning how to play the piano is about so much more than just the piano! The benefits reach far beyond music, helping them with school, self-confidence, and many other aspects in their everyday life. My goal with my students is always to see them enjoy themselves while growing as musicians. I want to know what inspires my students and what they strive for as well, though it's always okay if they can't answer that immediately. Learning an instrument is a journey. I believe that the most important part of my teaching style is positive reinforcement.
