When I was growing up, one of my favorite memories is listening to my grandfather play bluegrass on his guitar and banjo. He gave me my first guitar at age 12 and started to show me chords and patterns to play. But it was when I first heard led Zepplin's black dog opening riff that I knew I wanted to rock. While I was at college, I became interested in Music Therapy. As part of the curriculum for Music Therapy, I also studied guitar and piano.
