Each individual student has their own character and environment, so I respect that and I can work with all different types of people and it has been successful. I encourage my students to find their own inspiration to meet their goal and to progress their work, and I can develop to build their progress by trying multiple ways to achieve their own success. I'm pretty laidback and like to make the student feel comfortable. If given the opportunity I can definitely launch into some pretty passionate talks about music , to really reach out and teach my students some really cool things. At the same time though, i don't like to bore any student with certain topics if they aren't ready and willing to learn these things. It really depends on the student.
