I currently teach piano lessons at Trinity under the name of Joseph’s Piano, and at That Music Place in Springboro and Bella Musica in Miamisburg. Some of my past performances include piano accompaniment for Ohio Performing Arts Musicals and the Clark State Community College Chorus. While in high school at Springfield Shawnee, I played the pipe organ at Wittenberg University’s Weaver Chapel. My love for teaching started around my sophomore year of high school. I used to be in marching band and I would always offer to help the people in my section with the music and find easier ways to play certain passages. Music has always been a joy in my life and I want to help students find that joy for themselves. Zac is recipient of several awards including the Friends of DCI Scholarship, the Lacey/Striple Highland Band and Drum Scholarship, and KK Most Inspirational Band Member Award. Zac is a founding member of the Cincinnati Bengals Growl Drumline as well as director/founder of the Dayton Dragons Drumline. I work with the needs and goals of the individual student, and incorporates a wide variety of teaching styles into my lessons.
