I'm a passionate musician that has a love for teaching. I graduate in 2017 from Alderson Broaddus University with a bachelors degree in Music Education, Music Performance, and Musical Arts. Then in 2019 I graduated from Shenandoah Conservatory with a Masters degree in Music Performance. After that I was the second trombonist with the Loudon Symphony Orchestra and the principal trombone of the 2019 Shenandoah Summer Music Theater company. I began teaching private lessons while in college, teaching classical, electric and acoustic guitar. For the past 5 years that I have been in Nashville I have been teaching again for the last 2. I have experience in teaching students as young as 5 and as old as 65. There is no age limit on learning! I also taught throughout my graduate degree, teaching privately, cover teaching undergraduate students for my teacher, and also teaching college students. In addition, I led orchestra sectionals, coached student chamber music ensembles, sat on jury panels, and wrote and performed programs for entire classes of K-12 students.
