With adults, I take a quicker paced method by first establishing what direction in music they would like to go in, then introducing well-known songs of that genre into their repertoire. After that I received a bachelors degree in Jazz Studies from the University of North Texas and then a masters degree in trumpet performance from the University of Texas at Arlington.
