Coaching youth orchestra 'cello sections sometime culminated in my New American Quartet coaching College students then performing a concert for them and their families. Read More
Instruments: Double Bass Music
I began teaching in my early college years dating back to 2010. I have since taught students ranging in all ages from 6 to adult. Not only have I had many double bass students, as that is my primary instrument, but I have also taught trombone, beginning violin, and music theory as well. I highly encourage my students to practice regularly, as consistency is the key to developing any new skill. Additionally, I encourage every student to learn at their own pace that suits them, because everyone will learn at their unique pace in technical and musical development. Read More

Theres nothing more fulfilling than watching a student develop a genuine passion for playing the guitar! I believe its essential for each student to progress at their own pace, and I support this by setting achievable goals in each lesson. By taking the time to understand what excites each studentwhether it's a particular genre like J-pop or a favorite songIm able to tailor my teaching approach to match their interests and goals. Instruments: Viola
I am extremely passionate about music and playing my instrument. I received my BA in Viola Performance in 2018 and have been an incredibly active performer and teacher since then. In 2019 I had the pleasure of playing in three different orchestras in Europe and also performed in an intensive summer music festival in Prague, playing in such venues as the Estates Theater and the Rudolfinum, home of the Czech Philharmonic. I currently teach viola/violin at my old high school every week and I absolutely love doing it. Read More
