I then picked up Bass guitar and performed alongside the Pep band and the Jazz band and continued my practice with both all the way through college. I am an enthusiastic and compassionate instructor who loves to share my musical knowledge with those eager and willing to learn. I received a Bachelor's degree in Music Therapy from Cleveland State University in 2018 and became a board-certified music therapist in January of 2019. With this degree and profession comes the knowledge and skillset of numerous instruments, including voice (my primary instrument), guitar, piano, and ukulele. This makes me feel very good to see them grow musically. I set reasonable goals for them to strive for and help them get to the next level. I like to encourage creativity in the studio; I don't push every student to have the same musical experiences. I began my college studies at Eastern Michigan University, becoming a member of the United States Military Academy Band at West Point after my junior year.
