I started my own studio at the age of 23. I found this to be one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. In 2000, I entered the Music Education program at The University of Memphis. I continue to teach privately. I have taught children as young as 5 to adults of the age of 72. I have also taught string orchestra for 12 years. I am now a Texas Retired Elementary School Teacher. I taught elementary for 27 years. During this time I have taught piano part time at a music store studio and currently at my own home studio. I received my Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies and Specialization in Music from UTSA(San Antonio) . It brings me a lot of joy to share my love of music with my piano students.
