I have my own musical examples written out, which I can easily print or email for students. For beginners, I generally focus on basic technique and practice routine. As a student, I began offering piano lessons to elementary aged students, and that got me hooked of teaching. Next, I need to know what level guitar player they are. If Im teaching a beginning guitarist, I will typically spend a majority of the lesson utilizing fun methods to build basic technique.
