I have more than 30 years of experience in teaching guitar and bass lessons. I’ve taught many different types of students—young children, senior citizens, and everything in between. I’ve taught and coached students who have just wanted to play a couple of their favorite songs as well as students who were looking for the necessary skills to get into various music programs/ensembles. I started teaching private music lessons 10 years ago before I attended college. Throughout college and after, I progressed and improved greatly as a musician, teacher and person. I like teaching people of all ages and backgrounds and feel this mindset in paramount in me improving as an educator and overall communicator.
