During his time at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, Jones served as a coach for flute ensembles, taught supplementary flute lessons for undergraduate students, worked as the orchestra manager and librarian and also worked with professors as a teaching assistant. Initially (and throughout) I place a high value on performance fundamentals. I start with a focus on proper posture and breathing.
