Then I will introduce some music that helps developing fingers appropriately and beautiful at the same time, such as Lemoine and Burgnlueller. I am an experienced and enthusiastic private lesson instructor. I've been teaching for over 30 years and it never gets old to me! I learn as much as I teach from every one of my students. I am a member of the Sinclair Community College Wind Symphony and the Dayton Philharmonic Concert Band. I enjoy playing orchestral, opera, musical theatre and band music. I am a passionate teacher of the flute and piccolo. I am currently available to teach lessons at my home studio or online. I have helped students prepare for performances in Cincinnati and Japan, scholarship auditions, and begin the flute from scratch. I understand the needs of young students and works to instill confidence in every musician I teach. I began flute later than many (age 14 to be exact).
