I'm a flutist, Japanese language instructor, and Alexander Technique teacher based in Seattle, WA. My teaching experience spans over 15 years and includes Japanese language lessons, private flute instruction, chamber music workshops, and an assistantship to a Dalcroze eurhythmics course. I hold degrees from New England Conservatory and the University of Washington. I completed additional studies at the Sibelius Academy in Finland as a Fulbright Scholar and am an AmSAT certified teacher of the Alexander Technique. Read More

I leads masterclasses, adjudicates competitions and auditions, and perform throughout the community, and have played Flute and Piccolo with the Steamboat Symphony Orchestra since 2019.
