For 20+ years, I have been part of Cairo's diverse music scene, performing live with a variety of musical acts and teaching drums to students for 12+ years. I started early on with guitar lessons and playing trumpet through grade school. I went to see the Gypsy Kings at radio city music hall when I was about 9 or 10 with my parents.
