The level of the student matters greatly to my approach. For younger students, I'll usually use their band music or band methods to supplement class work, as well as offering my own exercises to strengthen fundamentals. I am a passionate musician, educator, conductor, and composer, and I have been happily obsessed with music since I began piano lessons at age 10.
