In 2005 she was awarded 3rd prize of the concerto competition as well as a substitute position with the Puerto Rico Symphony Orchestra where she had the opportunity to play many of the greatest orchestral masterpieces under world-renowned conductors. Shortly after graduating she moved to the city of Cincinnati OH, where she studied privately with the principal flute of the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra, Mr. Randolph Bowman. Im a passionate musician who has discovered the rewards of teaching and inspiring others about music. I began learning clarinet at a young age in the Lynn public schools system in Massachusetts. I was encouraged to further pursue musical studies by certain motivating and inspirational mentors.
