Our music lesson students will have the opportunity to take lessons from the comfort of their own home or in one of the teachers studios. Careful attention is placed on each student to ensure a custom lesson plan. Melissa has maintained a full private teaching studio since 1999. She is currently on faculty at the Third Street Music School Settlement in NYC. She has been on the faculty of The European School of Music in Los Angeles, and acted as an visiting teaching artist in the LA Unified School District through a program funded by the Young Musicians' Foundation in Los Angeles. Melissa is also a member of the New York based Artemis Chamber Ensemble, plays regularly with numerous orchestras in the tri-state area, and has collaborated with the Flexible Orchestra for several commissioned world premieres.
