For beginning students who are ages 8-13 will first use the Standard of Excellence red book and then they will transfer to the blue book. Intermediate and Advance will use the Foundations for superior performance book. We will start to pick solos that they are able to play and work on them. In 2007, I took a position with the Blue Devils C Drum and Bugle Corps as Visual Concept and Marching Instructor as well as a Brass Hornline Instructor. I graduated from the University of Utah with a degree in Vocal Music Education in 2010, and am almost finished with my doctorate in choral conducting. I have been singing in choirs since I was in fifth grade and studying voice privately since 2000. I've had the opportunity to travel the world singing in choirs.
