Some of my career highlights include the many recitals I have crafted and performed with musical colleagues, singing in a NY opera program called American Singers' Opera Project, my debut at Carnegie Hall in 2012 and all those wordelss moments of connecting with an audience during songs. I am deeply passionate about teaching voice and feel that teaching is really my greatest gift. Working for a local drum teacher in 2005, I started teaching private music lessons in students' homes. From there, I took up residence at a local music store where I taught guitar, ukulele, bass, harmonica, songwriting, and music theory for the next fifteen years. During the pandemic, I added teaching virtually to my repertoire and have fallen in love with it. Personally, I started playing music because I loved exploring and learning more about the music I I was already listening to--and I desperately wanted to learn how I could create my own sounds. My teaching experience started in my junior year of college in Quito- Ecuador. During the summer of 2015, I did a seminar on YogaVoice to singers of different levels at "Fundacion Armonia." I was able to worked with several students and help them fix some technical problems related to their singing. Since that day, I started my private studio. I give price voice lessons in my studio. I have taught students on and off since 2013. Since then, my studio has grown. I now teach over a half dozen students of all ages piano and voice. I personalize each lesson to suit a student's desires and needs. One of my favorite things to do is to try to figure out what type of learner a student is. (Auditory, visual, kinesics, etc.) I tailor the lessons to suit their style and allow them to learn a song easier. Read More

I am a professional musical theater and drama actress and a singer. I also have vast experience working in the puppet theater, which requires a big work with your voice. I graduated my first theater school as an actress in my home country, Georgia, and immediately was accepted to the theater troupe. It was a Russian speaking drama and musical theater for kids and adult teens. I played in about 10 musical and drama shows during nine years, sang in several concerts. Read More

Nothing is more rewarding than seeing one of my students develop and hone their skills! I am extremely hands on and I listen very intently during my sessions. I have a great "ear" which is my best asset. I encourage each student to progress at his or her own pace. I encourage this by maintaining a stress free environment.
