I have been in love with music for as long as I can remember! Growing up under the impression of my father, who was always involved in playing instruments and singing from a young age, you could say that it is in my DNA. From 2003-2011, nearly my entire primary school education, I was trained in music theory, music performance in orchestra and voice, and singing for the stage. Over the years I have accumulated various awards and recognition including Superior ratings in sight reading on double bass, outstanding vocal performance from the Miami Conservatory of Music, and performing alongside the county's best in the Miami Dade Honor's Orchestra. I gained international recognition as a vocal performer of note, having performed on the stages of Acapulco, Tokyo, Bangkok, Singapore, Aruba, Curacao and Buenos Aires, to name a few, as well as major U. S. cities. To date, I have two albums to my credit, "Time Wounds All Heels" and "The 23rd Psalm", the latter containing the highly acclaimed title song that while being performed at the 1984 National Baptist Convention musical in Los Angeles, received a standing ovation by some 6,000 listeners. In voice I teach what I learned the Alexander Technique method of singing which focuses on posture and alignment. In piano I learned the Russian method and do teach it but I also teach the popular and Jazz method of fake book reading. I use whatever method the student require based on their ability to learn and what there goals are but am fond of the Faber and Faber method. Read More

I solely trained in Europe and took classes from vocalists like, Katarina Lange-Frohberg, Sigfried Lorenz and Christiane Bergold.I have moved to the United States in 1996 and have been working in the education and performance field of musical theater.
