We always spend time at the end singing something they want to sing, it's important to not feel pressured into music. You cannot have one without the other and even when I am teaching proper technique I work to make sure the student is being their most natural self, physically, mentally and musically. As a child, I participated in choir for 8 years and was in the University of Michigan's University Choir and Orpheus Singers. Since 2011, during the summers, I was an employee for the New York Summer Music Festival or NYSMF for short. I started at NYSMF as a counselor and music theory teacher and I later earned a position as TA and Commercial Voice-Over Teacher.
