We first begin with an introduction song chosen by the student, this helps me understand their current ability and what the student needs to work on. From there we move on to learning music theory, Open throat technique as well as specific techniques involving the students preferred Genre. I first studied with Mrs. Willyne Foster of Middle Georgia College for 3 years and then with Dr. Larry Scully of Valdosta State University for 5 years.
