When I teach, I dont force a certain technique or method on students, but rather I teach what is best suited for them. On top of that, I always motivate my students with adequate goals. For beginner students who are children, I tend to lean into the music that they are more fond of listening to and develop an atmosphere of interest while using various colors, singing methods, rhymes that will grasp their attention and in the long run develop their ear.
