I also had the opportunity to work as a music director for a youth orchestra in Italy which improved my skill in orchestral direction as well as working with large ensembles. Since I was young, I loved teaching my friends and even got a couple of them to start learning the violin so that we could all play together. Formally, I started giving private lessons during my college days, teaching 4-5 year old students to play the violin and piano. My main focus is having students practice regularly, like the piece they are playing, and gain a passion for their instrument. I always play with my students in order for them to gain experience in chamber music as well as to make sure they know their parts well.
