Our music lesson students will have the opportunity to take lessons from the comfort of their own home or in one of the teachers studios. Careful attention is placed on each student to ensure a custom lesson plan. For beginning students on brass instruments, I like to use the Rubank Methods. It is important to me to get the student playing familiar tunes as soon as possible so that they enjoy playing but not at the expense of the fundamentals. Generally, I choose a piece for a student to play and then they choose a piece. I have been singing and playing music all my life, but my instrumental music career began in 1994 when I was handed my first Baritone Horn.
