Since then, I have had the opportunity to teach all sorts of people ranging from as young as 6 years old, to 64 years old. I am a passionate elementary school music educator who can "technically" play most instruments but trumpet was first in my heart when started playing it in 4th grade! I continued with it growing up and all the way through college where I graduated with a bachelor of science in music education K-12. I am currently in my 7th year of teaching elementary general music, chorus, beginner band. In 2020, I qualified as a finalist for the Northeast Euphonium Tuba Regional Conference Military Euphonium Mock Band Audition Competition. For piano, I have had 8 years of training and have won many competitions. At Yale, I became a Teaching Artist in 2015 and gave private lessons to Yale Undergraduate students.
