Once they understand how it make sounds, we slow work on refining and controlling so we can actually learn to play! My first experience teaching someone was when I was younger in my high school days, I was teaching my 7 year old nephew how to play ukulele which was an arduous task indeed. But through said trails and tribulations we managed to accomplish our goals together.
