I graduated from University of Hartford’s Hartt School of Music with a degree in Acoustical Engineering, concentration in Trumpet in 2017. I graduated as the valedictorian of my class. I have played in many places across the state of CT and have had many opportunities to perform and learn from many incredible instructors. My teaching experience starts even while I was in high school. I would volunteer to help the middle school band students to coach them and get them ready for competitions. I also volunteered with the Seattle Music Partners where we went into schools that lost their music program and we taught students after school as their only means of connection to this art in schools. While in college I was a co-coordinator and participant in a Music Mentor Program where we took college students and matched them with students from the local middle school in Oberlin. Read More
